Dr. Pierre Larose
MD, FRCSC, Vascular surgeon
Dr. Pierre Larose has over twenty-five years of experience in surgery. Upon obtaining his medical degree from the University of Montreal in 1988, he undertook a first specialty in general surgery, then a second, in vascular surgery.
In 1995, he joined the surgical team at the Cité-de-la-Santé hospital in Laval. He practiced there for five years and contributed in particular to the development of vascular surgery.
Finally, it was at Charles-LeMoyne Hospital in Greenfield Park that Dr. Pierre Larose devoted himself entirely to vascular surgery. There, he established a vascular physiology laboratory, which he directed medically until 2013. After serving as head of the vascular and thoracic surgery department, he was head of the surgery department from 2007 to 2011.
In 2010, he founded the Pierre Larose Clinic, initially located in Brossard and later in Saint-Lambert, to offer, among other things, appropriate treatments for various vascular diseases. In 2021, he opened a second clinic in the heart of Outremont to improve access for patients in the Montreal area.
Over the years, Dr. Larose has become a leading expert in vascular surgery and the treatment of venous disease. Thanks to his experience and an outstanding team of specialists, he advises and supports patients at every stage of their treatment.
He ceased his activities at Charles-LeMoyne Hospital in December 2022, to devote his time to the clinics in Saint-Lambert and Outremont.
